Farewell Fellowship offers end-of-life and after-death support to those who are preparing to die, their caregivers, and the bereaved.

Meet Jade.

I have spent thousands of hours at the bedsides of people transitioning out of this life. Today, I offer death midwifery services that support the full-spectrum of end-of-life, from planning to in-person companionship through the active dying process, to home funeral guidance. If you are craving the support of community, clear and transparent education, access to resources, and a connection to someone who often travels through end-of-life landscapes and can lift the lantern to light the path ahead, please book time for us to chat.

End-of-Life and Planning Services

In-Home, End-of-Life bedside care requires a consultation before signing up.

Virtual Death Midwifery Services can be booked any time, here on the website.

Pricing for end-of-life or planning services are often client-specific bundles but all in-person services start at $275/hr. Virtual consultation is $150/hour.

My death midwifery services are for everyone, regardless of income. If you cannot afford my services, please do not let finances be a barrier. Email me and we can talk.
